1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bdplay.app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of bdplay, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local law.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

bdplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using bdplay and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms that bdplay may make available as a convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

1.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdplay with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between you and bdplay.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdplay. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different names — is strictly prohibited. If bdplay detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and balances may be withheld pending a full review.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bdplay account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid email address. If any of this information changes after registration, you are responsible for updating your account details promptly by contacting support at [email protected].

bdplay reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided during registration or at any point during the life of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdplay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bdplay immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

bdplay will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any activity conducted through your account before bdplay is notified of a security breach is your responsibility.

2.4 KYC — Know Your Customer

As part of our commitment to responsible operation, bdplay conducts identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts. KYC may be triggered at registration, before your first withdrawal, after a cumulative withdrawal threshold is reached, or at any time bdplay determines it is necessary. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered form.

2.5 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts once the 12-month threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied and will be given 30 days to reactivate their account to avoid the fee.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place any bet or wager, or claim any bonus on bdplay. This requirement applies regardless of whether the activity being undertaken is classified as gambling or entertainment under local law. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 Age Verification Process

bdplay verifies the age of all registered players as part of the mandatory KYC process. Age verification may require you to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID document showing your date of birth. bdplay will not process any withdrawal request from an account whose age has not been verified. 3.3 Geographic Eligibility

bdplay is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally. 3.4 Underage Access Prevention

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount at bdplay is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. bdplay reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming or risk management processes. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdplay account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 4.5 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on bdplay are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdplay does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. If your payment method involves a foreign currency, conversion fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider — bdplay has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such fees.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in the immediate suspension of the associated bdplay account. bdplay cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in the investigation of payment fraud. Any winnings generated using funds derived from fraudulent transactions will be forfeited, and the account balance will be returned to the rightful payment account owner where this can be established.

6.1 Your Obligations as a Player

By using bdplay, you agree to:

• Provide only accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and during KYC verification.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and never share them with any third party.
• Notify bdplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and financial transactions.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own legal name.
• Acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdplay and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human agent to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds deposited on the platform.
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications to bdplay staff or other players via any channel.
• Deliberately providing false information during the KYC process or any verification request.

6.3 Reporting Misconduct

If you become aware of any activity that you believe violates these Terms — including suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion by another player — you are encouraged to report it to bdplay's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Reports will be treated confidentially. bdplay does not tolerate misconduct of any kind and investigates all credible reports thoroughly.

8.1 Platform Availability

bdplay endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, bdplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service disruptions, or any other cause of platform unavailability. bdplay will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned outage.

8.2 Game Outcomes and Technical Errors

All casino games offered on bdplay use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. bdplay does not control the outcome of any game and accepts no liability for losses arising from normal game outcomes. 8.3 Sports Betting Results

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdplay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, howsoever arising and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all claims whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

8.5 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

bdplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bdplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.6 Third-Party Services

bdplay integrates with third-party payment providers, game suppliers, and data feeds. bdplay accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of these third parties, including payment delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard processing systems, or for any inaccuracy in sports data feeds used to settle betting markets. Where a third-party error results in an incorrect payout, bdplay reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpaid amount from the affected player's account balance.

8.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bdplay and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
